Pricing and Purchase

Your pricing is determined by a number of factors:

1. The number of traders.
2. Support Option.
3. Non-Professional or Professional Use.

Service and Support Options

• The Software License Fee includes 30 days of email technical support.
• A more comprehensive support contract is available on either a monthly subscription basis or a pre-paid annual basis. This provides technical support, bug fixes and upgrade protection for the term of the contract.
• Customers without a support agreement in place can pay for support on a per incident basis.
• Special services such as customization, system integration or product modifications are available on an hourly labor basis or project quote basis.  Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Non-Professional or Professional User?

A Non-Professional user is defined as someone who:

• Is not covered by the definition of a professional user below and uses the software in his or her individual and personal capacity. He or she is not acting as a principal, officer, partner, employee, or agent of any business and is not acting on behalf of any other individual investor.

A Professional user is defined as:

• Registered or qualified with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, any state securities agency, any securities exchange or association, or any commodities or futures contract market or association, or
• Engaged as an investment advisor, as that term is defined in Section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 (whether or not registered or qualified under that Act), or
• Employed by a bank or other organization exempt from registration under Federal or state securities laws to perform functions that would require him or her to be so registered or qualified if he or she were to perform such functions for an organization not so exempt.

Examples of Professional Users: Any Brokers, Investment Advisors, Accountants, Financial Planners, Hedge Funds, Banks, Mutual Funds, Money Management firms, Proprietary Trading Firms, Insurance Companies, Pension Plans, etc.
